We are in search of an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant who will be a trusted advisor to our clients. They focus their talents on implementing best-in-class sales and marketing systems, as well as helping our clients improve their business process.

What You Will Do: Support clients by driving solutions with the greater business goals in mindDaily administration and support of client Marketing or CRM database including but not limited to managing multiple user setups, profiles, and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validationsWork with Leadership, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and the end-users to create and manage complex automationsDevelop and create customized reports and dashboards dependent upon clients' needs and business objectivesStay current of new features and functionality to provide recommendations for process improvementsKeep system users informed about system functionality and enhancementsProvide technical support to system usersLog identified system problems and track progress through resolutionCreate and maintain documentation on processes, policies, system configuration and help related materials for usersYour knowledge, skills, and abilities: College degree or equivalent work/technical experience5+ years experience in Salesforce2+ years experience working directly with business stakeholders to achieve resultsSalesforce Specialist certification - Salesforce Service CloudUnderstanding of relational databases and data integration toolsAbility to mentor, train, and develop others in a team environmentExcellent communication and analytical skillsClose attention to detailAbility to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projectsUnderstanding of Sales and Marketing workflows and business processUnderstanding of marketing automationAbility and willingness to learn new technologies and continually expand skillsAuthorized to work in México Only resumes submitted in English will be consideredWhat would make you an outstanding candidate Experience working with ZendeskExcellent communication skills- Why Hyperscayle?
