About the role: You will participate in ambitious projects with a top client from the Energy Industry, developing and supporting data integrations using Oracle and Microsoft SQL, leveraging SQL jobs, stored procedures, SSIS packages, Azure Data Factory, Data Bricks, and other industry-standard tools.
Main Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent and 5+ years of working experience. Advanced Microsoft SQL and Azure Data Factory skills, including proficiency with:
Experience integrating Azure Data Factory patterns, processes, components, security, linked services, datasets, activities, and pipelines, and integration runtimes. Experience loading the transformed data into a target database, data warehouse, or data lake, making it accessible for querying and analysis. Experience transforming the extracted data involving cleaning, aggregating, mapping, and converting it to ensure it meets the business requirements and is in a suitable format for analysis. Experience extracting data from heterogeneous sources, including databases, CRM systems, flat files, web services, etc. Expertise in ETL principles. Experience developing system health monitoring solutions with industry-standard tools (Spotfire, Power BI, etc.). Capable of constructing resilient data integration processes with an emphasis on data quality management and failure-response planning. Stored procedure and trigger development, schema management, and execution plan optimization. Conversational English. Nice to have (extra skills): Test automation experience.
