The **_Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Senior Specialist _**provides support for Global TA operation's needs. Including project management, process improvement, acting as a liaison with HR Data and HR IT Teams, providing North America recruiting support and training to enhance and optimize operations.
**JOB DUTIES**:
- Serve as an integral member of the Recruiting team, serving as a partner and support for all recruiting systems (ATS: ORC- Oracle Recruiting Cloud), tools, and processes and documentation.
- Project Management responsibilities to support Global Talent Acquisition strategic action plan.
- Assist with writing Oracle Requirements documents and assist with UAT testing of ORC projects.
- Assist with managing technical tickets with vendors to drive solutions.
- Liase with Data Analytics teams to build and improve data integrity, accessibility, and reporting.
- Support and execute regular Applicant Tracking System (ATS) audits to ensure compliance requirements.
- Proactively partner with TA Leadership and IT to develop innovative ways to maximize and optimize our processes and systems.
- Support TA Global Projects as assigned.
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- 5+ years working in Technical Field / Recruiting or HR Operations
- Advanced knowledge of Excel -ad hoc reports, pivot tables, etc.
- Strong understanding of recruiting processes and applicant tracking systems
- Demonstrated project management skills, ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- ATS Tools knowledge/Other Technical CRM/ATS Tools Capability, preferably Oracle (ORC)
- High proficiency with English Language
