Sr. Technical Program Manager, Podium

5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Excellent attention to detail, and good business judgment.
- Demonstrated track record of cultivating strong working relationships and driving collaboration across multiple technical and operations and teams.
- Ability to effectively work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams.
