Accountabilities:
Develop strategy & roadmr r Cloud IT Automation and observability. Design, Develop and maintain reference patterr automation best practices andOrchestration. Partner to influence and support innovation & continued drive towardsAutomation, touch less operational sustainment as a design/architecture construct working with AIOPS technology partners/managers. Manage the execution of a strategic cloud observability program according to the strategic roadmaps aligned with CTO and other stakeholders Review/develop script and tools as needed r integration with core services, automated pipelines and testing tools. Lead and align APIs or Integration with platforms such as, CMDrewalls, DNS, AD and Cloud Services Deploy and maintain engineered automation through collaborative efforts with team members and third-party vendors. Manage and contribute advanced troubleshooting to automation system problems. Lead technical automation activities of project teams and/or execute technical tasks in the design, development, implementation, and documentation of process automation/control projects. Deliver regular technology roadmap updates and partner with vendors to ensure continual platform evolution Drives continuous improvement efforts to meet automation systems health goals, as well as emerging capabilityneeds.Qualifications:
