Here is what we can tell you about this position:**THE WORK**- Design, deploy, document, and support cloud platform capabilities using AWS best practices.-- Architect, design, deploy, and document to streamline deployments and infrastructure updates across cloud platforms.-- Expand automation processes to improve functionality, availability, and manageability of enterprise cloud offerings.Perform advanced operational troubleshooting for cloud environments.-- Improve system performance and regular features to enhance customer experience.-- Document development team requirements and create and deliver technical solutions to those specifications.**NEEDED EXPERTISE**- 7+ years of experience in a Systems engineering role with at least 4 years supporting Cloud environments, preferably in AWS.Deployment of automated solutions in public clouds or on-premise virtual environments.Strong knowledge of docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.-- In-depth understanding of code and scripting languages such as BASH, Python, JS, or Ruby.-- Experience handling YAML and JSON data formats.- Ability to use various open-source tooling and cloud services such as AWS and Infrastructure as code technologies- like Terraform.- Strong knowledge of DevOps/GitOps toolchains GitHub Actions, Circle CI.- Operational savvy, experienced in monitoring, alerting, and analyzing system metrics using DataDog, or Dynatrace.- Proven complex problem-solving capabilities to explain errant system behavior, provide remediation, and drive down MTTR.- **OUR BENEFITS & PERKS**- By working with us you will advance the social causes of workplace diversity, inclusion, equality, and safety.
