**The Role****What will I do?**- Evaluating existing processes and procedures to identify areas that need optimization.- Assessing the efficiency of technologies, instruments, and equipment.- Building, setting up, and improving systems, procedures, and equipment.- Collaborating with the engineering team on prototype development.- Ensure all our services are being monitored and with the appropriate alarms setup.- Build Prototypes and Reports for solutions in ambiguous technical and product situations and to determine appropriate solutions.- Design, and build core features for existing products and the creation of new products.- Collecting and interpreting analytical and performance data, as well as preparing progress reports.- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.- Keeping abreast of developments and innovation in the area of specialization.- Leverage industry best practices, tools, and infrastructure using Agile methodology.- Tactical backlog refinement in close collaboration with the Product Manager, Architecture, Engineering Manager and the Scrum team.- Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility.- Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers.- Carry out interviews and make hiring decisions.- Great organizational and time management skills.- Strong knowledge in technology such as **Java/Python/**NodeJS**/ MySQL /**DynamoDB/Relational Data Bases**- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.- Experience working with AWS/Cloud infrastructure, IP network management, routing, security.- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Experience writing technical and business requirement documents.- Experience with Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.- BS or MS, in Computer science or related equivalent experienceIn Clip, we are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
