The project manager (PM Leader) is the STAFF position who leads the effort for the initiatives taken at digital development inside the NMEX plants. Needs to choose the resources, establish schedule and immediate objectives, organize teams and supervise the activities to manage the project and report to the stakeholders. The Project Leader needs to be end to end involved at the project and clearly identify the responsible team who will receive the responsibility for productive phase of the initiative; also is the reference person for all the team involved in the project. The position will work with product-related packages and have interaction with cloud-based services and infrastructure responsible to maintain and develop actual and new solutions inside NMEX. Job ResponsibilitiesTeam leadership to define schedule and follow project objectivesTeam coordination with stakeholdersBudget and resources coordinationRestriction management and troubleshooting: scope, scheduling, cost, and project quality deliverablesResponsible for project standard application (Waterfall, SMART, etc. methodology) in regards of kind of project, timing, and specific goals due to the nature of the projectPM Leader is the coordinator for several projects in order to establish the tasks that need to be performed at each phase of the projects under his scope.Minimum RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Web Design, Systems Engineer or related.Experience:Front-End Programming: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.Js: Popular frameworks for web application development).Skill in using graphic design tools.Experience in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design.Ability to create dashboards (Power BI, Tableau).Language: Advanced English - B2-C1. Able to engage in fluent and technical conversations. Skilled in writing documentation and communicating with international teams.Tools: Office360, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, UI and UX.Location: Position is for attention in the plant and office site.Travel Required: Scope of operation includes all NMEX plants, based in A1.
