Staff Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer position works closely with the engineering team and customers in a Medical Device manufacturing setting. In addition, this position leads corrective action and continuous improvement activities in collaboration with the company's quality vision and strategy. The Quality Engineer has several other duties and responsibilities, some of which include:Determining quality improvement factorsImplementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate the reliability of manufacturing processes, products and production equipmentIQ, OQ, PQ ValidationsMaking sure processes adhere to quality standardsPreparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing dataEstablish and maintain appropriate documentation as required for the Quality Documentation SystemsDevelop statistical sampling plans and perform process capability studiesKnowledge in PFMEA'sRequired Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in an engineering field6-8 years of experience in a quality role, medical device industry mandatorySix Sigma Lean Certification belts a plusBilingual English/SpanishJob Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
