**Storefront Supervisor**

In this role, you will oversee and support the daily operations of several Western Union branches.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Your duties will include supervising employees, data analysis, reporting, analyzing results based on goals, evaluating personnel, reviewing, and updating policies and processes while preparing management indicators.
- You'll ensure service level agreements are met and regularly report to upper management on your team's results.
- You will be the point of contact to ensure that the sectors obtain fast responses to their queries and that all agencies comply with the regulatory framework.
- You will lead projects and collaborate with team initiatives.
**Role Requirements**
- Be a student or have a bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Intermediate English level is required.
- You must have good time management and organizational skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across multi functions and multi levels.
- At least three years' experience working in a multinational environment with recruitment-related responsibilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- A detail-oriented personality, with the ability to multitask and work proactively and independently.
- Good communication skills and understanding of a multicultural environment are required.
- This position will require regular travel within provinces, so schedule flexibility is required.
