What you'll be doingBuilding and optimising scalable products to continue Revolut's hyper-growthDefining the optimal value proposition to ensure product market fitExploring and defining which projects the team should prioritise, and setting a timeline to reach goals quicklyConducting market research to build the pricing and growth strategyWorking on partnerships with other playersBuilding impactful business casesWhat you'll needFluency in English and Spanish with excellent communication skillsA degree from a top university6+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environmentA solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to endA magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with dataNatural curiosity and a will to make an impactEase of dealing with numbers and calculationsExperience in the financial industryTo be based in Mexico City as this is a hybrid position with 3 days/week in the officeNice to haveHands-on coding experience with SQL, Python, or R
