**We are looking for a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR to be part of our team.

- Follows established departmental policies, procedures and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, safety standard and ensure zero client complains.
- Responsible for employee performance, development, engagement, discipline, etc.
- Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
- Performs other tasks as may be requested to assure the effective and continuous utilization of assets.
**This job might be four you if you fit the following requirements**:

- **
Minimum 4 years experience in similar o same position in automotive industry (plastic injection processes)**:

- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related
- Intermediate English
- Capacity for problems solving and analysis (8D's, Ishikawa, etc.
), leadership, personnel management, SAP, KPI's follow up, production processes.
