Top 5 Resposabilities:

- Oversee the daily management of digital consumer interactions to ensure effective and efficient handling of queries and concerns.
- Supervise and support a dedicated team, providing day-to-day coaching and feedback to optimize performance and foster professional growth.
- Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance (QA) team members to ensure accurate data capture and act as the primary point of contact for necessary data corrections;
- Work hand-in-hand with internal teams, regional and functional leaders, as well as external technology and support vendors, to ensure a unified approach to consumer relations.

- Other Applicable Scope Defining Dimensions Works with QA leaders at Hershey to ensure accurate data is communicated to consumers
- Connect with consumers as needed and represent Hershey in a professional and positive way
- Should be able to serve as back up for various roles in the team to promote seamless operations

Knowledge and skills:

Experience and education:

- Experience dealing with customers, distributors, consumers, quality, marketing, or sales teams.
- Minimum 8 years experience in a related field
- Bachelor's degree in communications or marketing or related area
