Clever Tiny Homes, an innovative and high-growth company that builds high-quality, designer prefabricated homes for export, is looking to hire its first employees for its new 3,000 square meter factory in Ensenada (near Walmart Reforma).

We are looking for a Quality Control Specialist to join our team and help us ensure that our homes meet the highest international standards.
**Responsibilities**:
- Implement quality control procedures and testing across all aspects of the production process.
- Ensure that all employees comply with standard operating procedures.
- Identify and help solve any quality problems that may arise.
- Collaborate with management and production workers to continually improve standard operating procedures and quality control processes.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in a quality control position.
- Experience with building inspections and/or construction industry is desirable but not required.
- Ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Very comfortable playing the role of enforcing quality standards (e.g., when an employee's work does not meet standards, you will need to point this out to them and ensure that they fix the issue)
- A team-player with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish; English skills are a plus.
