**In this position you will**:Perfom Industrialization activities.Be responsible for requests for training & qualification of operators, requests for hiring (internal, external, temporary), requests & requirements for sub-contractingBe responsible for the industrial process Hand-over from PME to manufacturingBe responsible for the operators training (covering manufacturing & self-inspections)Assign task to operators,Perform optimizations of the workstation/work center using of APSYS ToolsYou have a Technical Degree / Bachelor degreeYou have 3 years of previous expierience in a similar positionYou own experience welding process and MIG, TIG streightening process.Alstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow's mobility.
