Come find it at ResultsCX!**In this role you will**:- Plan and schedule vehicle dispatch and utilization including driver assignments to optimize transportation resources- Manage and monitor the purchase and distribution of office supplies, medicines, employee engagement collaterals, refreshments, housekeeping consumables and meals for client and business partner visits- Set directions and ensures the implementation of clinic policies and protocols- Coordinate with HR on local regulatory authorities and professional services firms to ensure compliance to statutory and legal requirements specifically expatriate work permit and visa- Supervise activities associated with all aspects of administrative services such as office management, process & asset management, procurement methods and procedures, development of work schedules according to budget and capacity planning standards- Evaluate the credentials of food vendors and ensures the availability of accredited concessioners to service employees in shifting schedules- Monitor cost and manages the administrative services budges to ensure efficient & logical utilization of resources- Supervises the teams of Administrative and Transportation, Purchasing Staff and Clinic Nurses, ensuring adherence to expectations, deadlines, proper procedures and job performance standards.
