- Manage daily IT operations, security, and system administration of the on-premises and Cloud IT infrastructure in the US and Mexico, ensuring secure and smooth functioning of systems, databases, and networks.
- Lead and support a team of IT employees and contractors including conducting regular meetings to ensure alignment with goals and objectives.
- Must be hands-on with the infrastructure and operations.
- Implement and maintain operations and security procedures, processes, and tools to enhance security and increase efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Maintain high levels of security, infrastructure functionality, reliability, availability, performance, regulatory compliance, and IT disaster recovery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of cybersecurity education.
- Ensure system security and data integrity through proactive monitoring and incident response.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and SLAs to meet business and customer needs.
- Manage technology vendors and service providers, establishing clear service level agreements and expectations.
- Oversee service desk operations and help manage Mexico and US service desk teams.
- Conduct regular visits to US facilities, ensuring IT requirements are met.
- Contribute to the strategic direction, design, and delivery of the technology roadmap, encompassing operating systems, physical and virtual servers, storage, backups, data center infrastructure, and physical cabling.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation and maintenance of infrastructure systems configuration and operating procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in IT operations management.
- Assess candidates' qualifications and provide input into employee development and training plans for support teams in the US and Mexico to build talent and develop bench strength.
- Manage the IT infrastructure and operations budget to align with financial goals.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science, IT6+ years of proven experience as IT Infrastructure Supervisor, with leadership responsibilities, including hiring, disciplining, coaching, rewarding, and terminating employees.Experience managing Cloud services including security, provisioning, cost management, data redundancy, and system migration.Microsoft Office 365 online mail exchange experience.Thorough understanding of networks and cloud computing.Experience in outsourcing and vendor management.Proficiency in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.Technical proficiency in IT infrastructure, networks, databases, and systems troubleshooting.Commitment to maintaining a strong customer service culture and delivering superior service-oriented infrastructure operations.English is required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
