**We are looking for a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR to be part of our team.
**

Follows established departmental policies, procedures and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, safety standard and ensure zero client complains.
Responsible for employee performance, development, engagement, discipline, etc.
Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
Performs other tasks as may be requested to assure the effective and continuous utilization of assets.
**This job might be four you if you fit the following requirements**:
Minimum 4 years experience in similar position in automotive industry

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related

Intermediate English

Capacity for problems solving and analysis (8D's, Ishikawa, etc.
), leadership, personnel management and good communication skills.
