Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities. Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity. Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials. Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
Role Responsibilities: Responsible for executing and ensuring the standards that contribute to the performance of the warehouse (SQCD).Ensure the flow and distribution of material for production.Monitor the movement of material, physical materials, and systems (ORACLE).Responsible for hiring, developing, motivating, and evaluating direct warehouse personnel.Manage logistics process for receiving goods, stocking, picking, and shipping finished goods and waste.Organize the training needs of teams.Perform activities related to safety.Coordinate efficient communication between all teams regarding shipping/receiving, warehouse inventory, and internal material handling teams.Supervise the production system. Coordinate and effectively use different resources to meet targets on Safety (including environment), Quality, Delivery, and Costs through the elimination of different types of waste. Follow up on production supervisor's activities.Address environmental aspects and impacts.Handle chemical products.Travel: Up to 20%
Minimum Qualifications: Education level: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.English: Minimum 65% written and spoken.5 years of experience in a similar position.100% On-site.Specific Duties:Follow inventory levels.Ensure safety.Oversee shipping/receiving/warehouse operations.Manage headcount.Support and maintain management systems ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001, ISO 50001, Clean Industry.Preferred Qualifications: Management and negotiations with external and internal customers.Launch of new projects.Management of Oracle.Employment opportunities for positions in the United States may require the use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
