Welcome to Bosch.Responsibilities:Analyze quality problems and provide technical solutions.Conduct process audits, release and follow-up on corrective actions.Define preventive quality measures and ensure application of quality measures at suppliers.Develop quality improvement programs for suppliers.Implement process improvements for cost savings at suppliers.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.More than 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance in the automotive industry.Familiarity with quality methods such as 8D, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, control plans, SPC, MSA, etc.Knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean manufacturing concepts.Preferably internal auditor training in IATF 16949, ISO9001, Six Sigma, and problem-solving.Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.Flexibility to adapt to different project requirements and environments.Good social, team, and communication skills.Based in Robert Bosch Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, with willingness to travel frequently (in the USA and Mexico).Ability to manage business relationships with internal customers and external suppliers.Proactive and structured working style with the ability to work under pressure.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Openness to work in a global team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
