Supply Chain Analyst
Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving reporting tools and processes within the electromechanical global business unit. The role will require cross-functional collaboration with EHS, human resource, quality, supply chain, manufacturing, sourcing, and finance teams. The Supply Chain Analyst will lead the organization towards automated real-time reporting capabilities for critical business processes.
Required Education and Experience:
- BS/BA from an accredited university/college required
- Dashboard and visualization development using Microsoft PowerBI and/or Tableau
- Data warehouse experience (SQL queries, Python & Azure)
Desired Education and Experience:
- Application development in Microsoft PowerApps
- Microsoft Flow
- ERP Experience (SAP and/or JDE)
- Django
- Statistical analysis and/or inventory optimization
- Supply Chain experience
- Continuous Improvement experience with an emphasis on process improvement
Qualifications and Skills:
- Business fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to create structure when faced with ambiguity
- Acute attention to detail and effective analytical skills
- Adept listening and positive communication skills
- Ability to define problems, identify solutions and follow through to completion
- Positive facilitation capabilities in working across diverse groups of people
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, & Outlook)
