"**Supply Chain Project Manager"****ABOUT COMPANY**- We serve a broad range of industries and clients in the Industrial, Consumer, Automotive, Aerospace and Healthcare industry. All of them have supply chains and operations, demanding to focus on the intersection of people, process and technology. _**GENERAL RESPONSABILITIES**- Lead multiple project activities with high focus on NPI and project transfers to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, time and cost.- Work closely with cross-functional teams, and external (supplier) project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiative.- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities.- Ensure goals are met including customer satisfaction and team member performance.- Manage stakeholder communication.**EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS**- University degree in engineering and minimum of 6 years experience or a Master's degree and minimum 4 years of experience in Manufacturing.- Experience in the manufacturing industry managing projects as Supplier Quality Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer or Project Manager.- Strong communication skills (English and Spanish)- Ability to learn and research when new knowledge is needed for new technologies or problem solving.- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.- Strong organization, planning and time management skills.- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards.- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers.**NICE TO HAVE**- Supplier quality engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Project Management background.- Technical knowledge in different manufacturing processes like electronics, mechanicals, painting/printing, etc.- Microsoft project.- Excel medium level.- Experience in quotes.**WE OFFER**- Schedule availability Work Zone Jardines Universidad (3 de marzo)- Full time (monday to friday)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $22,222.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasTrabajar desde casa:- No
