The individual is expected to work closely with the Technical Support Team and assist customers with a variety of different questions, concerns, and problems in an efficient and timely manner by taking ownership of each case from beginning to end.OPPORTUNITIESYou will provide guidance and advice to less experienced Product Support consultants in case of complex issues.You will have strong proficiency in the tools, systems, procedures that are used to accomplish the job.You will track and maintain constant communication with the customer from the beginning to the end of any established case, issue, or concern.You will be responsible for maintaining a positive and loyal relationship between Temenos and its customers.SKILLSYou should have 5+ years of experience in customer support required.You should be bilingual in English and Spanish.You should have a Bachelor's Degree.You should have technical knowledge as you will be supporting a bank platform.VALUESCare about people's needs.Commit to all assigned duties.Collaborate with all the Product Support Team.Challenge and grow yourself working with dynamic teams.SOME OF OUR BENEFITS include:Maternity leave: Transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second month.Civil Partnership: 1 week of paid leave if you're getting married.
