.**Job ID**: 171835**Required Travel** :Minimal**Managerial - No****Location**:MEXICO- GUADALAJARA (Amdocs Site)****Who are we?**:**In one sentence**:Software Test Team Lead carries management responsibilities for a group of testing engineers; responsible for segments of the planning, design, and execution of tests and is expected to provide professional and technical leadership for the group, raise risks, suggest mitigations and make decisions**What will your job look like?**:- You will lead, mentor small teams of functional, automation and nonfunctional testing within a specific project or product; ensure all the project agreed deliverables are completed to the required level of quality and promotes team engagement and motivation.- You will provide technical & professional leadership to the testing team members- You will provide input to on the test estimations; plan resource needs andensure effective task allocation.- You will plan testing activities milestones; identify and analyze risks and their potential business impact to determine proper prioritization of the testing activities- You will ensure integrative coverage of test scenarios- You will act as technical interface with other teams to resolve and promote issues, communicate plans and conclusions as well as recommendations for issue closure.- You will support and promote test efficiency and optimization initiatives.**All you need is...**:- 5-7+ years of experience in Automation using any of the below listed tools/language/frameworks- Proficient in QA processes & methodologies, Agile SDLC principles, different verification/validation techniques, and test management tools.- Experience in testing REST & HTTP web services, JSON/XML, web apps and relational databases- Experience in automation tools/language: Java/ Perl/ Python, SoapUI/ ReadyAPI, POSTMAN, JMeter, LoadRunner.- Experience in automation test framework technologies preferable Selenium, TestNG, PyTest and related development tools.- Familiar with SQL and scripting languages (JavaScript, Groovy, Python, etc.)- Knowledge/experience with SaaS, microservices architectures, messaging bus (like Kafka)- Knowledge CI process and tools: (GitHub/bit-bucket), Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes.- Experience with bash, Linux/Unix command-line tools.- Working knowledge with network appliances like API gateway and monitoring/reporting tools such as ELK, Grafana.- Experience working on cloud technology implementations such as AWS is a plus.- Demonstrated excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and a passion for learning and technology- Ability to multitask through planning/organizing.- Highly self-motivated and excellent attention to detail**Why you will love this job**:- You will be working within an extremely diverse and multi-cultural environment, and a fast growing and dynamic organization- You will be provided with a rare learning opportunity within an experienced team, working on high end technology and solutions
