- Experience in Microsoft Exchange Online, PowerShell, Azure AD, and emerging technologies.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange design, implementation and support
- Experience in troubleshooting Office 365 issues
- Scripting and automation capabilities
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, Teams, Mozilla Firefox, Webex, MFA, Slack
- Understands work group roles and responsibilities as it relates to TVP people, business and clients.
- English Level B2+
