**Requirements**:

- University student or recent graduate of careers such as Administration, Psychology, Economics, or related areas.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Experience in internships, or extracurricular activities related to administrative or talent management functions.
- Intermediate command of Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Skills: proactivity, teamwork, effective communication, organization, problem| solving.
**Your responsibilities**
- Proactively monitor hiring pre-boarding stages, from initial contact to payroll entry.
- Use tools such as ATS to make processes more efficient.
- Ensure compliance with protocols and competencies in safety, health, environment and quality.
