Job Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León, MexicoThe Hershey Company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to find great talent with the experience and potential to drive our business forward.**Sourcing/Recruitment**- Continually seek and use innovative sourcing channels to convert hard to find passive talent including social media, resume mining, diversity resources, and networking**Reporting/Scorecards**- Accurately track and report outreach and submittal activity data to support recruitment metrics- Own weekly scorecard and reporting process to share current recruitment status and keep business leaders informed on progress- Share recruitment trends and pipeline data to proactively identify opportunities for improvement with leaders**Recruitment Process**:**Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities**:- Previous experience recruiting (entry to senior level hires)- Experience working within talent databases, relationship management tools, and Excel spreadsheets- Experience using social media tools for sourcing efforts including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Twitter, Facebook, blogs etc.- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects, and client relationships simultaneously- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with various levels within the organization and externally within the market- Highly organized and detail oriented- Knowledge of human resources, including legal and regulatory compliance**Minimum Education and Experience Requirements**:**_Education: _**Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field is preferred.**_Experience:_**- 3+ years recruitment experience- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required- Proven experience using innovative research & sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, Google Xray search, boolean search, direct networking via professional, diversity, and alumni associations
