**We are searching for the best talent for Talent Acquisition Specialist Supply Chain LATAM (Fix term -12 months) be in Juarez**
**You will be responsible for**:
- Coordinates with managers and HRBP to carry out the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Collaborates in creating recruitment plans, creates, and carries out strategies to fill positions within the Juarez Campus.
- Identify and share recruiting best practices across the business.
- Keep current on business knowledge, market, legal, recruiting trends and requirements.
- Consolidate feedback from the interview team and arrive at a final evaluation and selection process.
- Review references and conduct the documentation submission process in accordance with the recruitment process and procedure.
- Manage data associated with the recruitment process to ensure that all relevant employee data, process, and final hiring decision are made in an appropriate manner.
- Ensure that the final hiring decision process is handled in an appropriate manner and in a timely manner.
- Gather/compile/maintain/provide regular metrics related to HR activities.
- Establish close partnership with third parties as appropriate to measure their performance on a regular basis.
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to the next level of management.
- Responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to HSE practices and that all resources necessary to do so are available and in good condition.
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 or more years of experience
- Bilingual: English / Spanish preferred.
- Knowledge of competency-based interviewing desirable.
- Demonstrated ability as a recruiter in a variety of positions across various functional disciplines.
- Excellent interpersonal, service-oriented communication, interpersonal, interpersonal, negotiating, influencing others, account management and consulting skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to appropriately handle confidential information.
- Ability to manage simultaneous projects, organized.
