We are looking for Talent Acquisition Union Roles partner, located in Juarez to provide recruiting services for union new hires roles and internal promotions in our Juarez Campus

You will be responsible for:

- Create strategies to improve the recruitment processes.
- Make administrative changes in the system for internal movements and promotions.

- University Bachelors Degree
- 1 to 2 years of experience in massive recruiting
- Knowledge in Union and manufacturing recruiting processes
- Intermediate advance english level
