Resumen:
WernerCo is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our in-house Talent Acquisition function. This role

**Responsabilidades**:

- Lead and mentor a team of direct, indirect, and salary level employees in the Talent Acquisition department, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, aligning recruitment efforts with business goals.
- Evaluate and improve existing talent attraction systems, technologies, and processes, staying updated on industry best practices.
- Work closely with HR leadership to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent acquisition partners.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition department.

Calificaciones:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.

Proven experience in talent acquisition and leadership roles, with a track record of successfully managing teams and improving talent attraction processes.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt to changing needs and market conditions.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented environment.
