**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the background checks, medical exams, offer process and all hiring activities.
- Works with external resources including temporary agencies, contract search and internet sourcing tools.
- Responsible for the Induction Program of all new hires.
- Process the Internal Promotions and move at operative level.
- Update vacancies report weekly.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related careers.
- Intermediate/ advanced level of English.
- 2 years of experience in high volume manufacturing recruitment processes.
- Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - is a plus specifically in Workday
- Availability to work on site - Tecate plant.
