We have an exciting opportunity for Talent Sourcer to join our Sourcing Hub, based in Mexico.
This role will be based in Mexico (CDMX) and work remotely 3-4 days per week.
The Talent Sourcing Hub is a global team that is dedicated to supporting Hiring Managers and Recruiters sourcing the best talent for our businesses.
On this role, you will:
- Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders to understand positions technical and competencies requirements, to design and execute sourcing strategies.-
- Effectively leverage social media tools to source talent.- Identify and engage with both passive and active talent through use of Boolean, LinkedIn, Social Media, and creative search techniques.-
- Attend intake sessions & provide progress updates.- Develop Talent mapping projects for critical roles to fill.- Prepare market insights to inform talent decisions.- You will occasionally support end to end recruitment activities to other regions.
(Europe, etc.)

Job Requirements- 1-3 years' experience as a talent sourcer or recruiter for specialized roles in an agency environment or, in-house experience in a fast-moving organization with a focus on hiring high caliber talent.- Curiosity and willingness to learn Talent Sourcing techniques, as well as how to leverage social media and other platforms.-
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, additional languages would be advantageous.- Effectively managing and executing on several challenging priorities concurrently.- Positive and "can do" attitude.- Strong customer service and quality orientation.- Demonstrated professionalism and capability to deliver.- You are interested in working in a multicultural environment.
