Tax Implementation Lead

Kiewit Mexico offers construction management and engineering services in a variety of markets, including energy, oil, gas, chemicals, terminals, marine works, and mining.
Responsibilities: Monthly/Annual Tax Calculations, including informative returns as DIOT and DIM.
Tax opinion and DISSIF, attention to internal and external audits.
Transfer price report review.
Double Taxation Treaties and Foreign Employees (Expats).
Tax projections as need it (Quarterly-annually).
Carry out promotions to the tax authority through the electronic mailbox such as compensations and refunds of balances in favor.
Analyze accounting entries related to tax computation and ensure internal controls.
(GL account tax reconciliation).
Compliance administration (Black list, invoice cancelation process, tax withholding, other) Requirements 6-8 years in general accounting and taxes, manage teams is a must.
Use of SAT website portal for Monthly/Annual returns (Including DIOT,DIM) SIPRED and ISSIF.
Experience in transnational groups required including reconciliations annual basis.
Strong Knowledge in deferred tax calculation and tax projection.
Knowledge in the calculation of the estimated cost is a plus.
Experience in complying with the requirements of the tax authorities.
Experience in SAP y CONTPAQ is a must.
Advanced English is a must.
