We are part of a global team called Reinsurance Business Operations, and we work closely with our colleagues all over the world.About the RoleYou will be responsible for setting clear priorities, managing the team, including goal setting and performance reviews, approving time sheets and vacations, providing guidance and leadership to your team, and handling various other managerial topics as required.Key Responsibilities:Measure, analyze and improve the performance of the individuals/team/markets according to the set of goals and targets.Mentor and develop the team members to ensure good performance and growth of people - to either become future team leaders or subject matter experts.Represent the team and establish strong and effective collaboration towards functions in North America (Client Market/UW/etc.) and other Global Departments.About YouYou have strong leadership skills, enjoy being proactive, taking ownership of topics and proposing solutions to issues without being asked.
