Job Description Lead and manage the HR digital solutions teamDevelop and implement innovative HR strategies and solutionsOversee the production of comprehensive reports for HR metricsEnsure the HR digital solutions align with the company's goals and objectivesCollaborate with other department leads to streamline HR processesProvide training and support to HR team on digital solutionsStay updated with the latest trends in HR digital solutionsMaintain data privacy and confidentiality at all timesThe Successful Applicant 2+ years' experience with different Workday Modules' backend operational activities and troubleshooting: HCM, Learning, Performance, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, etc.Previous knowledge managing people is a must (supervisor, team lead, manager, etc.)Workday's Reporting & Analytics Module functionality knowledge is a huge plusAdvanced English level and Spanish fluency. Portuguese is a plusTicketing systems knowledge.
