What does your job look like? The role of the Tech Lead Backend will be management in software development, application architecture, design thinking and problem solving to help create rapid prototypes and enable the rapid acceleration of ideas. You will also work closely with project teams and business stakeholders and provide technicalexpertise that enables innovation. Main Responsibilities Ability to quickly understand and learn a wide variety of software environments and solutions. Able to lead and guide the team in technical issues and business logic Experience in different projects that demonstrate capacity and experience in programming; preferably at least 5 years of hands-on experience with various Java/web technologies and frameworks: Spring Boot (Core, Data), REST. At least 3 years in building and delivering web/mobile business solutions lead engineer roles (eg, in banking, travel, finance, healthcare, information industries); It is useful. Good working knowledge of medialization in RDBM. Experience in the following technologies is a plus: GIT, Elastic Search. Very good knowledge of design patterns and development principles. Working knowledge and experience with Unified Modeling Language (UML) for business modeling (workflows) and object modeling. Previous/proven experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment, DevOps and a successful track record of developing software in an agile environment, with changing requirements. What you need to succeed on this rol Java 8+ language, Frameworks Spring Boot, Spring Core, Hibernate Dependency management with Maven Microservices design patterns SAGA, CQRS. Design of restful APIs (Swagger). Experience in implementing restful based microservices. Kafka Advanced/conversational English Level. B1- B2 and above.
