.The Tech Leader manages future rollouts for the Finance Platform across Americas, considering the specificities for each country, according to the schedule for the next years to come. This implementation is key for the company and notably provides the elements necessary for the group's financial reporting.Manage future rollouts as a Tech leader in HANA time zone:Contact with Functional consultants for business studies and technical requirements.Key role in the choice of the best technical solutions for Americas deployments and in the respect of planning deadlines.Work mainly with the offshore team located in Mexico.Responsible to:Ensure that delivery-related procedures are respected.Monitor indicators (KPI) to ensure continued efficiency and quality and act corrective measures if necessary.Develop procedures and KPIs if necessary.Make prioritizations between developments and high priority incidents in production especially in Americas time zone.Ensure full responsibility and management of production incidents (with high business impact) during the event and subsequently until the incident is finally resolved in Americas time zone.Piloting the quality of delivery (Mainly in rollouts):Check that internal development standards are well known and respected.Evolve internal development standards if necessary.Control that deliverables linked to development are created and maintained (technical specifications, test sheets, software configuration).Ensure that the developments carried out contribute to a coherent, efficient overall solution and easy to maintain.Support the team if the standards are not understood or known.Propose actions allowing continuous improvement of the level of quality and security of the delivery.Contact with corporate and country functional and technical teams (production, DBA).5.- ExperienceBachelor's degree in computer science (or related).Proven Technical experience on Oracle EBS (10-12 years minimum) particularly in its R12 version.Mastery of the practice of several development tools linked to ERP (Forms, Report, Unix, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Workflow, OAF Framework, Web services, etc.).Strong experience in building and monitoring interfaces (File based, REST API, etc.).Strong affinity for quality and respect for the procedures that you want to share.Management Experience.Knowledge of the technical environment of the application: the standard operation and the data model of several modules of the Finance suite, as well as the technical configuration.Knowledge of Oracle best practices.Ability to write technical and procedural documents.English (written/oral) language is mandatory because all the specs and other documents are in English.Creation of schedules and monitoring of defined loads and tasks.Knowledge of Java and/or VBA is a plus.6.- Technical Knowledge / CertificationsBachelor's degree in computer science (or related), Oracle EBS, particularly in R12 version
