This team's focus is to help customers deploy and operate their networks while applying troubleshooting techniques that will help them to optimally operate their Cisco's solutions.Look at some of the activities that you would do:Interact with and support our customers remotely.Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to our customers' individual needs.Work on critical, overly complex problems and partner with engineering and development teams to resolve customer problems.Collaborate with teams to help reproduce and resolve customer issues.Mentor new hires, develop training, and participate in events like Cisco Live.Write tutorials, how-to videos, and other technical articles for the developer community.Who You AreBachelor's degree and professional experience in related fields: Information Science / Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering.Strong analysis fundamentals and troubleshooting skills.Excellent written & verbal communication skills to present/communicate ideas effectively.Ability to take ownership for customer success and drive customer satisfaction.Hands-on experience using tools to configure, deploy and/or troubleshoot Cisco or other vendors' products and solutions.Willingness to learn new skills to support different technologies.Strong ability to work with different cross-functional teams.Technical Profile:You have done at least two of the following activities:Analyze traffic and packet flows using packet analyzer such as Wireshark.Admin troubleshoot experience of Linux-based hosts, servers, and devices.Ability to understand complex configurations and troubleshoot routing protocols.Server virtualization using VMWare, MS Hyper-V.Deploy using AWS, Azure, GCP or Alibaba Cloud.Hands-on experience with Nexus platforms running NX-OS or ACI.Desired Skills and Certifications:Configure, implement, and troubleshoot API-based technologies.Programming skills in Python and scripting.CCNACCNP EnterpriseAny other industry-related certification.#J-18808-Ljbffr
