The Technical Product Analyst plays a crucial role in our Development Services product development and customer engagement efforts. This position involves partnering with various business teams to analyze, improve, and document user stories in the backlog. The Technical Product Analyst works closely with Product Owners to define, prioritize, and document enhancements while providing analytical support for functional areas. They are responsible for translating business needs into user stories, collaborating with technical teams to design product solutions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality features aligned with customer program goals.
**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Work closely with Product Owners to implement the overall product vision and manage product backlogs by defining user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with SMEs, prospective users, and clients to understand and anticipate their needs, translating them into product requirements.
- Assist with backlog grooming and prioritization, aligning with the product roadmap and customer program goals.
- Collaborate with technical team members to analyze, design, and develop product solutions, ensuring adherence to quality and security standards.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Software Development and Software Architecture, with previous experience as a Technical Analyst.
- Proficiency in developing and troubleshooting complex software systems in mixed environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with peers, management levels, and customers effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive solutions to completion.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Lucid, SQL, Postman, and familiarity with XML, JSON, Swagger.
- Background in the banking and financial services industry is advantageous.
- Experience working in Agile environments, with Agile or Scrum certifications recommended.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results while adhering to project timelines and priorities.
