**Preferred Qualifications**
**Seeking a high-energy individual to function as a centralized resource for SaaS to provide technical program and customer escalation management to pre-and post-sales accounts.
**

As a **Technical Program Manager**, you will work with enterprise constituents across Oracle's lines of business to learn, educate, advise and participate in delivering high-value, successful customer SaaS engagements.
**Skills/Preferred Background**:

- Degree in computer science or related field.
- 10+ years' experience in Program, Project Management, leading small to large Infrastructure, Online, or Cloud service implementations.
- Consulting and/or enterprise architecture background, able to quickly digest complex issues and provide meaningful guidance.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with all levels of management, including C-level Executives.
Clearly communicates information and ideas to individuals and teams in an articulate, focused, and compelling way.
Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
- High level of customer focus and sense of responsibility, with experience managing complex, cross-product customer escalations.
Able to effectively translate customer requirements and feedback into actionable deliverables for engineering and support teams.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision required and can lead cross-functional teams to complete projects and major initiatives using judgment, experience, and leadership skills.
- Ability to partner with internal operations, development, and Oracle corporate teams to ensure a successful transition from delivery to operations.
- Ability to document, actively manage, and communicate technical project plans through dashboards, metrics, and presentations.
- Deep knowledge of MOS, MOS analytics, BugDB & Jira.
- In-depth understanding of technology, architecture leadership, and software development deliverables, including technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud Services, feature/functionality, monitoring, patching, cloud operations
- Working knowledge of industry certification and audit requirements preferred.
- Strong history of program and project management skills in diverse cross-functional environments is a must.
- Able to collect and analyze information from multiple sources to identify core issues.
Uses data to make decisions but also understands that instinct plays a part in innovation and problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal skills including negotiation, motivating, influencing, mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building across multiple organizations, geographies, and cultures.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**

Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution.
Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development division, you will specify, design and implement major changes to existing software architecture.
Define project needs.
Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans.
Review integration and regression plans created by QA.
Communicate with QA and porting engineering to ensure consistency, testability and portability across products in general.
Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology.
Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes.
BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
8 or more years of software engineering or related experience.
