En Bayer tienes la oportunidad de ser parte de una cultura en la que valoramos la pasión de nuestros colaboradores por innovar y darles el poder de cambiar.Technical Project Lead LATAMYour Tasks & Responsibilities:Leads execution of between 5-10 approved innovation projects and programs contributing an average future net sale of 10MM Euros to the portfolio.Starting with the consumer needs, brings an aligned technical strategy and integrated project plan to the Core Project Team (the incumbent develops detailed milestones and timelines that deliver high quality outputs aligned with consumer expectations and insights).Works closely with R&D partners based in LATAM and liaises with external CMOs, technical experts and universities to deliver innovation with excellence.Is accountable for determining best technical path to launch, including off-the-shelf solution, external vs internal development, roll-out or adjustment of existing formulas.Leads development of technical risk assessment for projects and is accountable for managing, communicating, and mitigating technical risks to meet launch demands.Provides leadership and oversight of tactical execution (time, cost, quality) making sure to escalate any issues or deviations.Organizes and manages detailed development budget for assigned NPD projects including both internal FTE as well as external spend requirements.Works closely with matrix team to coordinate development site resources for on time delivery (formulation, analytics, scale up, packaging and manufacturing site).Who You Are:Preferred: Bachelor's degree with 10+ years (or Master's degree with 10+ years, or PhD with 6+ years) of experience in FMCG / Consumer Health.Passion for Consumer inspired innovation.Experience in developing products for LATAM.
Desirable to have demonstrated skills across VMS, Dermatology and Digestive Health for LATAM with understanding of multiple regulatory environments.Scientific curiosity, with proven ability to translate consumer-inspired, science-based and new-to-category opportunities in the Consumer Health or Consumer Goods Industry from Ideation to launch.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, particularly in cross-functional teams and with external partners.Strong ability to make decisions and work with and influence all levels in the organization.Outstanding project management and creative problem-solving skills.Bayer offers a wide variety of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
