Process improvement and reengineering experience is required. Excellent English speaking and comprehension required.PMI certification is a plus.APICS, Six Sigma, or other certifications are a plus.Experience:This role will be responsible for project management of various projects within one or more IT portfolios in the IT Global Business Service team. Projects will vary in size and complexity and will focus on specific business areas or functions.Some projects will involve business process changes and IT aspects, targeting productivity improvement, cost reduction, total cost of ownership reduction through improved system architecture, and/or compliance enhancement.Expected to work closely with business stakeholders and become a trusted advisor in technology, solutions development, and process improvement execution.Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to support successful execution of all approved projects. Work closely with both business and IPM to identify, evaluate, prioritize, and schedule potential new project work within a portfolio roadmap. This includes analyzing requests and ideas for projects as well as developing recommended solutions to business issues. Seek and support opportunities for continuous improvement and process re-engineering activities worldwide.Take ownership and demonstrate clear leadership of assigned projects. Ensure compliance with, and leverage the IT Governance process, to effectively communicate project expectations (requirements, priorities, resources, cost-benefit analysis, risks, etc.), progress, and status to the project team and management in a timely fashion
