The Technical Project Manager (Senior) plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of IT projects that drive business value. Highlights the collaborative and stakeholder-focused nature of the position.Key Requirements:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Information Systems.- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is beneficial, along with Agile certifications like Scrum Master or Product Owner.- Experience:- 5+ years of experience, ideally in a large, international corporate manufacturing environment.- Proven track record in process improvement and reengineering.- Understanding of Real-Time Operating Systems, Cybersecurity, and SMT processes (beneficial).Key Skills:- Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects through their entire lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, closure).- Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or Lean is highly valued.- Risk Management: Skilled in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential project risks.- Budget Management: Experience in developing and managing project budgets, including cost control and forecasting.- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.- Team Leadership: Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams, fostering a positive work environment.- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting, presentations, and stakeholder interactions.- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve project challenges effectively.- Organization & Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure.- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and challenges.Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple projects within the IT global business services team, varying in size and complexity, focusing on specific business areas or functions
