.About the role :This job will provide advanced technical support services to TD SYNNEX Customers. Position will assume multiple roles during its dynamic work schedule to provide 24*7 coverage together with TD SYNNEX's Support Team, such roles include incident handling & response, report delivery, proactive monitoring, preventive maintenances & onsite visits.Support will be provided to a wide variety of IT infrastructure technologies.What you'll do :This position will assume, during your work shift, the 24x7 monitoring of all customers subscribed to the Monitoring Service, reacting in the first instance to possible problems that may occur.Monitoring Service, reacting in the first instance to possible problems that may be alerted by the SAMA monitoring system alerted by the SAMA monitoring system.You will assume 24x7 support tasks, performing the basic follow-up of support incidents that may arrive by mail and / or telephone.You will actively collaborate in the attention of remote management requests from customers.You will support in the generation of periodic or punctual reports to customers.
