The selected candidate will be part of the Enterprise Computing Global Support team, with primary focus on Semiconductor Manufacturers within the Americas region, supporting our Accelerator Product line for Electronic Design Automation (EDA) and High Performance Computing (HPC) domains.What You Will Do:Provide dedicated support; including but not limited to responding to escalated tickets, troubleshooting technical product issues and developing workarounds.Become the primary technical liaison to the customer.Provide the customer with the training and knowledge required to effectively use the products.Work cross-functionally and develop working relationships with Sales, Services, Engineering, and Marketing teams.Provide input on the product direction.Provide input to Business and Marketing to accurately describe the features and capabilities of the product.What You Will Need:Basics:Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent or EDA/HPC System Administrator experience is required.5 to 10 years of EDA/HPC cluster deployment and support experience.Strong computer science and systems-level knowledge (e.G., networking, operating systems, file systems, high availability, containers).Strong analytical and debugging skills (e.G., analyzing system and application logs, strace, lsof, gdb, gstack).Demonstrated proficiency in Linux shell scripting is required.Excellent communication, people, time management, and organizational skills.Preferred:C, C++, and Tcl experience is a plus.Experience with workload management/job scheduling software (e.G. PBS Professional, SLURM, Grid Engine, LSF, LoadLeveler, Moab/TORQUE) in an HPC/EDA environment is a significant advantage
