Roll out, installation, testing, and configuration of new systems; Support the setup of exhibitions and demonstration activities; Perform hardware, firmware, and software updates at touchpoint level, including licenses and patches; Perform hands-on troubleshooting at the touchpoint level; Liaise with customers on-site, remotely, and proactively communicate with TSS Coordinator, SDM, and PM, escalating issues and identifying areas for service improvement; Develop knowledge articles for the Knowledge Management DB; Comply with company policies including Health and Safety, Vehicle use, Expenses, etc.; Ensure Environment and Health & Safety is integrated into all activities, and adhere to EHS Policy & Procedures as well as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 compliance; Comply with information security and data privacy policies and procedures adopted by Vision-Box; report any incidents orweaknesses immediately; Contribute to the correct separation of waste and its placement in the respective containers
