Our solution has been proven and extensively used in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.As part of our SafetyNet team, you assist in managing every aspect of our hardware and software solution 24/7 for optimal performance. Our customers rely on us to actively monitor a variety of laboratory equipment and environments for any deviations from preset parameters and to provide live support to avert critical failures.Responsibilities:Handling customer technical support cases through phone and email submission.Improving existing programs by evaluating objectives and specifications, reviewing proposed changes, and making recommendations.Perform predictive analytics on laboratory equipment and provide notifications.Monitor our real-time monitoring platform's software for our customers' specific needs.Analyze and interpret data outputs from sensors and lab equipment to identify potential problems, improve processes, optimize the system, and mitigate risks.Interpret and comply with laboratory protocols, SOPs, etc., to meet regulatory requirements and assure product reliability.Compile reports on progress, and identify, resolve, and inform on technical issues.Test network connectivity between our customers' locations and AWS or our data center.Work on a fixed schedule to respond to alarms, etc.Prepare reference material for users by drafting operation instructions.Minimum Qualifications:Data analysis, including experience with Excel and databases.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.Prepares accurate reports and updates records promptly.Works with structured engineering processes and procedures.Bachelor's/Associate degree from an accredited college with a major in technology.Committed to excellent customer service.Adaptable.Demonstrated fluency in English, both spoken and written.Previous experience with customer service or technical support (+2 years).Ideal Qualifications:Bioinformatics or other experience with life sciences laboratory protocols, GLPs, GMPs, etc. (college science courses apply) would be beneficial but not required.Some experience with AWS.Previous experience supporting networks and software.Experience with data analysis and process optimization.Basic experience with electrical low-voltage devices is beneficial but not required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
