**Role at a Glance**:**Responsibilities**:- Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including software engineers, blockchain developers, data scientists, and other specialized positions.- Collaborate with leadership and People team to align recruitment strategies with long-term company growth and workforce planning.- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent, leveraging platforms such as GitHub, LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, and blockchain communities.- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and company culture to find the best fit for each role.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market insights, and competitive practices to inform recruitment strategies.- Utilize data to track and report on recruiting metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or related field.- 4+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably internal fintech or blockchain.- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and decentralized finance preferred.- Experience using ATS preferred
