**Education**:Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or Information Systems.**Experience**:2 - 4 years experienceKnowledge: Manufacturing experience.Experience working with content editors (e.G. Wiki, Wordpress, Blogspot, Square Space)Writing samples required (school projects, blogs, or speculation work acceptable).Experience interfacing with non-native English speakers.Previous experience writing user-facing help, guides or software/hardware related documentationskills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Technology savvy, experience editing complex technical documents.Responsibilities : Write user manuals for new software/edit user manuals to reflect software upgradesWrite accompanying step by step how-to documentsPublish release notesManage templates and foldersMake changes on policy documentsAttend meetings and keep minutesWrite/edit whitepapersPeer review all documents for non-native English speakersTest software for medical compliance.Edit requirement documents and test casesOther writing assignments to support software development as needed
