**Job Summary/Overview**:
The objective of the position is: to execute the Total Productive Maintenance system and reduction-elimination of downtime on the line, looking for continuous improvement to avoid losses in the company's assets, thus ensuring the continuity of the business.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Execution of a preventive system to maintain the original condition of assets and audit autonomous maintenance.
- Execution of a Planned Maintenance system (Corrective, Preventive and Predictive) to extend and restore the life of assets.
- Help engineers to complete equipment upgrades, assist in process design, accept new equipment, etc.
- Responsible for teaching and instructing junior operational and maintenance workers in the maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Be responsible for identifying unsafe conditions on equipment and implement management plans, propose improvement plans to reduce existing safety hazards. Comply with all equipment safety operating and maintenance procedures; hazardous work approval procedures, and strictly comply with the power lockout procedure during equipment maintenance.
- Use 5S to keep the workplace clean, orderly and safe.
- Complete all tasks assigned by the leader.
**Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities**:
- In electricity, electronics, mechanics, pneumatics and hydraulics.
- Advanced electrical diagram reading (circuit interpretation).
- Power supplies, CNC controls (Fanuc-Okuma), endcoders, and electronic boards.

**Required Qualifications**:
- Education: Technical career or technological baccalaureate.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position, in preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
- Experience in machines with mechanical adjustments of alignment, leveling and synchronization operation of CNC machines.
- Work at Heights (1 Year)
